1. How do I pay for my order?

Frill Whisper provides Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. You can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent once the product reaches you.

2. What should I do if my order doesn’t get through or fails?

1. Do I have to pay shipping charges?

There is a delivery cost of AED 20 for every order placed on Frill & Whisper.

2. By when will I receive the ordered products?

Delivery will be done within 5 working days.

3. How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?

Frill & Whisper is trying its best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same.

1. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Frill & Whisper. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it, more or less, acts as an order receipt.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

Simply follow the below-mentioned steps:
• Click on ‘Login / Sign Up’ on the top left of the page and log in to your account.
• Click on the ‘Orders’ tab.
• Go to the relevant Order No. and click on it to check its status.

1. Can I mix and match items from different sets and collections? In other words, can you personalize a set?

Yes; for sure we can customize your order with mixing any products across all categories.

2. How do I contact Frill & Whisper Customer Service Team?

3. Do you provide gift wrapping facility?

Yes; we surely do. While placing the order please tick the Gift Wrapping Option check box and we will wrap your product in a beautiful gift wrapping paper.

4. Do you have any return policy?

All products are personally checked and packed with utmost care and attention. Incase any defect in workmanship is noticed on the product, the same needs to be reported to us within 2 days of delivery through our customer care email/phone number. We will try to replace the same with a similar unit if available in stock or provide you an option to purchase any other product from our website for the same cost.
