The impact of pandemic on social gatherings & group classes forced gyms & sports complexes to remain shut for a long period of time. With people feeling isolated & bored but with the slow opening of the economy; it is really important that sports activities & sports personalities become an inspiration for people to move out from their homes for a bit of fitness activity..

HOW SPORTS CAN HELP IN THE ANXIETY OF CORONAVIRUS?.

Not just the pandemic, the anxiety of coronavirus is making so many people lose hope. Sport has the power to build confidence among people & help them get a sense of belonging which they have been missing during lockdown. A sport is not just about playing, it’s an emotion which gives energy to many people & motivates them to live a healthy life. There are various proofs of doing exercise that have shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety for individuals with & without an anxiety disorder, moderate-to-vigorous physical activity & exercise during the day are associated with elevations in self-esteem, improved concentration, reductions in depressive symptoms, & improvements in sleep. Regular walks, cardio, indoor cycling & yoga are helpful to boost the mood even if the act of doing these activities is not enjoyable.

Although many activities feel beyond our control, we have the ability to get creative & include physical activities & exercise into our each day.
